Not resolved

I purchased my scooter in may of 2009. It didn't work from the moment that i put my key in the ignition.

Spent countless hours on the phone with customer service and several disconnects. I had to pay an additional $300 to get it running once I found a mechanic that would work on it once they found out it was Chinese made. It stopped running again and I refuse to get it fixed again with lest than 500 miles on it. oh and the company was suppose to reimburse me part of the $300, never saw a penny for those rude people.

if I had the time I Should have done something legally, but i think that it is too late now. Big Big purchase mistake, Bad Bad company.

Monetary Loss: $1400.
